Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients. You will handle bookings, provide pricing and service options, and keep them informed with timely updates on their orders.

You will also take an active role in visiting clients to strengthen relationships, understand their needs firsthand, and identify opportunities to add value.

Beyond managing day-to-day transactions, your goal will be to deliver a standout customer experience, build lasting partnerships, and contribute to customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities include monitoring the status of customer orders, maintaining accurate data in our system, and proactively communicating any exceptions or delays.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a genuine passion for helping customers.
