Job Description

The role will involve 80% ocean freight and 20% air freight. You will have the opportunity to diversify your skills and upskill yourself. If you come from either ocean or air, you will be cross-trained and supported by a highly qualified and knowledgeable Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Registration of jobs
  • Collation of documentation for clearance
  • Liaison with overseas agents on bookings
  • Issuance of pre-alerts
  • Processing of SCA/ACA and EDOs
  • Liaison with Customs brokers and checking of ICS for clearance

Requirements

We are looking for someone with experience in freight forwarding and a good understanding of Incoterms. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritise workload.
