About the RoleWe're seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager who is committed to driving growth and expanding our customer base across Melbourne's Eastern suburbs.

Main Responsibilities- Achieve budgeted sales targets across all products and channels while staying within trade spend guidelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with foodservice distributors and key customers to increase product usage and distribution.
- Create and implement a structured sales and territory plan using the CRM to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Actively pursue new customers and business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to showcase Sunny Queen's premium products and drive engagement.
