Civil Construction Site Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Construction Site Lead to join our Perth Metro based team. This role requires you to travel between projects, overseeing project execution and delivery in the Western Australian Civil Construction industry.

About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing construction crews of labourers, drainers, road builders, utility contractors, and machine operators, including selection and coordination of sub-contractors.
  • Organising materials and machinery, ensuring workforce, machinery, and materials are in the right place at the right time, meeting project requirements.
  • Allocating tasks to team members and monitoring work to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Proactively managing site operations to ensure compliance with all practices, policies, procedures, and statutory and local Shire regulations.
  • Leading pre-start meetings and overseeing machinery pre-start checks.

As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record in supervising projects, managing teams, and maintaining high safety standards. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with employees, subcontractors, and clients.

Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
