Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Assistant to join our kitchen team. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations and contributing to the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food preparation and presentation for a la carte, buffet, room service, and conferencing
  • Assisting with daily operations
  • Maintaining and cleaning kitchen equipment
  • Preparing and storing food in accordance with hygiene legislation
  • Ensuring adequate stock levels for service
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year as a Commis Chef
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Passion for cooking
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure
