We are seeking a skilled culinary professional to join our Asian Kitchen team. As a key member, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking classic Chinese dishes with a modern twist.

About the Role

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Asian-inspired dishes
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with new dish ideas
  • Minimum of Cert IV and Diploma in Hospitality (if applying for visa)
