Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional food and service to our guests.

\Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, maintaining efficient workflow and high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers to source fresh, locally-sourced produce.

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to lead and collaborate with the team effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during peak periods.
