Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to the construction team
  • Oversee and manage the construction operations of multiple projects concurrently
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review project proposals and budgets
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and track costs
  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Strong project management skills and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
