Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Overview:

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced construction professional who can manage site activities with safety, quality, environment, design management, and development in mind.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day site activities including safety, quality control, and time management;
  • Leading and managing site teams and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes;
  • Supervising industrial relations and safety matters to maintain a positive work environment;
  • Coordinating with contracts administrators to ensure smooth project delivery;
  • Developing procurement strategies and contributing to sub-contractor engagement processes to achieve project goals;

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in the construction industry;
  • Well-developed leadership and communication skills;
  • SITE SUPERVISORS LICENCE & Senior First Aid certification;
  • Education sector experience is ideal but not essential.
