About This Role- Oversee the end-to-end management of the project pipeline, initiation, and prioritization of projects, tracking critical activities, and providing independent quality assurance.
- Drive the continuous improvement of prescribed project governance frameworks.
- Lead effective collaboration and communication from the Transformation Management Office to Executive Leadership, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- A seasoned leader with a passion for governance and program management in complex environments.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive successful program outcomes.
- Experience in delivering large-scale transformational programs with a focus on benefits realization and risk management.
- Able to inspire teams, collaborate across departments, and influence executive leadership.
- Tertiary qualifications in program management or a related field.
- Several years of experience in a consulting or government environment with a primary focus on program management and administration.
- Demonstrated experience with project management tools and development of reports and dashboards for Executives, Management teams, and Project Managers.
- Commitment to customer experience, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to obtain a National Police Record Check.
