Job Title: Content Specialist/Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to play a key role in ensuring all content managed by our organization is presented to the highest quality for commercial partners, sporting clubs, and leagues.

The Job Description
  • This position involves working closely with stakeholders to develop and create engaging content that meets the requirements of our clients and partners.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Content Manager with pre-season information sessions, planning for spec distribution, venue requirements, and smooth delivery of content.
  • Additionally, this role involves collaborating with the Content Director and Content Manager to manage all content deliveries at various venues, including compiling venue checklists, storyboarding, and event sign off documents.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • This role requires attention to detail and the ability to ensure all submitted content meets the required standards.
  • Ultimately, the goal of this position is to contribute to the development and implementation of high-quality content strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and create engaging content.
  • Assist the Content Manager with pre-season information sessions and planning.
  • Manage content deliveries at various venues.
  • Compile venue checklists, storyboard, and event sign off documents.
  • Evaluate and improve content quality.
  • Develop and implement content strategies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
