Product Strategist
The role of the Product Strategist is pivotal in shaping Everyday Banking missions and delivering on the strategic vision for customer onboarding and life cycle management.
- Drive a high-performing, delivery-centric culture with the supporting Product Advisor Delivery and Senior Performance Analyst.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the Everyday Banking operational teams through strong engagement with the operational team leaders, product and process managers.
- Be a senior member of Consumer Deposits & Transformation leadership team, critical to delivering the department's tactical and strategic objectives.
- Deliver on a strategic vision for all products/deliverables within the Everyday Banking Missions for Portfolio Owners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing product feedback and adjusting priorities accordingly.
- Managing the delivery of a meaningful customer proposition to meet the needs of existing and new-to-bank customers, while delivering to the Bank's funding & financial outcomes.
- Supporting and providing feedback on process and project artefacts including the Statement of Work, Process Risk Assessments and other key documentation to support process design.
- Establishing and maintaining visibility of the pipeline of tactical and strategic initiatives that are aimed at improving the consumer deposit product quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
