The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team as a Frontline Service Coordinator. This role involves providing frontline communication and support to external customers, responding to customer queries in a positive and professional manner, and acting as a point of contact between operations, finance, sales, and site personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing frontline communication and support to external customers
- Responding to customer queries in a positive and professional manner
- Acting as a point of contact between operations, finance, sales, and site personnel
- Assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports
- Processing purchase orders and invoicing
- Assisting with accounts and payroll functions
About You
We value teamwork and commitment, and seek a proactive individual who is able to promote proactive relationships with clients, suppliers, and on-site personnel. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong time management and organisational skills, and experience in JDE, Coupa, SalesForce, and Fleet Safety First software.
