About the Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the customer journey across all stages of the construction cycle.

  • Manage administration and customer engagement from contract stage through to defect maintenance.
  • Prepare and maintain job files and documentation to company standards.
  • Assist clients with colour selections and variations.
  • Liaise with certifiers, surveyors, and engineers to ensure timely approvals.
  • Oversee covenant applications, permits, and compliance requirements.
  • Raise progress claims and ensure timely payment in line with legislation.
  • Monitor defect requests and escalate where necessary.

Key Responsibilities include administration management, customer engagement, document preparation, client assistance, liaison with various stakeholders, overseeing covenant applications and ensuring timely payments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and documentation skills with high attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service abilities, a proactive approach and ability to manage competing deadlines.
