Insurance Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a seasoned insurance project coordinator to manage multiple projects across residential and commercial properties in Queensland. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the insurance sector, specializing in construction repair works.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee high-quality reinstatement projects for clients including insurers, loss adjusters, and property owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise trades on-site ensuring compliance with WHS and building regulations.
  • Conduct pre-site inspections, scope reviews, and handovers.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, assessors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely completion of works, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a project manager within insurance, residential or commercial construction.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • QBCC Site Supervisor License or Builder License required.
