**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources professional to join our corporate office. As a Graduate Advisor in People & Culture, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and support the success of our department.

This role will provide an opportunity for you to develop as a Human Resources professional and support the success of our People & Culture department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the delivery of strategic plans and conducting research or project work as required
  • Developing Company Standards, Policies, and Procedures
  • Identifying and assisting with company-wide vacancies, internal transfers, pay increases, and position changes
  • Managing the probation process for new employees, including sending reminders to supervisors for reviews and addressing performance concerns
  • Conducting exit interviews and compiling reports for leadership
  • Managing leave processes, including endorsing leave without pay, days in lieu, compassionate leave, and training offsite
  • Drafting and amending company standards and procedures
  • Talent Acquisition

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline
  • Excellent personal organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal effectively with diverse people and share knowledge and feedback with team members
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, adaptable to multiple levels of the organization
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships based on respect and cooperation
