Culturally Informed Business Engagement Expert

We are seeking a Business Engagement Specialist to join our team in Service NSW.
This role involves providing expert advice and support to deliver effective business engagement strategies, proactively engaging with culturally diverse communities and industry stakeholders across NSW.
The ideal candidate will have:
- The ability to understand and respect the unique nature of culturally diverse communities through empathy and awareness
- Excellent communication skills and patience to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel at short notice for meetings and presentations
- Relevant industry qualifications and/or experience working with small businesses
- A genuine passion for building positive relationships and staying up-to-date with industry challenges
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing insights and input on opportunities and challenges faced by culturally diverse businesses to inform engagement strategies
- Delivering presentations, workshops, and roadshows to stakeholders and business groups across NSW
- Establishing and nurturing collaborative relationships through effective communication to meet customer needs
- Supporting high-quality customer service by addressing complex issues efficiently and effectively
Service NSW offers a competitive salary package starting from $95,136 per annum, plus employer contributions to superannuation and annual leave loading.
