Job Title: Contract Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, interpreting, and maintaining contracts, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and preparing contracts in accordance with organisational policies and legal requirements
  • Analysing and reviewing contracts to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with organisational goals
  • Engaging in negotiations with stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial agreements and variations
  • Monitoring and managing existing contracts to ensure compliance and performance standards are met
  • Identifying potential risks associated with contracts and developing strategies to mitigate them
  • Maintaining accurate records of all contracts, amendments, and correspondence related to contract management
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to address contract-related queries and issues
  • Ensuring that all contractual obligations are fulfilled and that the organisation adheres to relevant laws and regulations
  • Preparing reports on contract performance and compliance for management review
  • Providing guidance and support to team members regarding contract management processes and best practices
