Contract Management Specialist

The Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing contracts and subcontracts personnel and activities in various jurisdictions. This includes conducting contract formation and management activities, monitoring compliance with contract requirements, and resolving issues regarding contractual performance.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a legal, technical, or business-related discipline and at least 5 years of experience in contracts and subcontracts management. They must have demonstrated ability in complex contract management, thorough knowledge of prime/subcontract formation and administration activities, and high-level proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels of the organization, and be highly skilled in complex negotiations.

This role requires flexibility, including occasional availability outside of regular working hours to respond to critical issues or business needs.
