Procurement Specialist - Contract Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Procurement Services Team, you will be responsible for delivering tactical contracting and contract management activities aligned with Category Plans and Business Unit needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Delivery: Develop and implement effective contract management plans, ensuring compliance with procurement frameworks and processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across various business units to understand commercial objectives, financial drivers, and market conditions.
  • Contract Reviews and Negotiations: Lead contract reviews, compliance checks, and participate in negotiations for various agreements.
Requirements:
  • 5-10+ Years' Experience: In a Procurement or Commercial team, demonstrating strong commercial and business acumen.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in procurement, negotiating with suppliers, and drafting contract terms and conditions.
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to establish and manage relationships across all levels.
