Optical Dispenser and Service Advisor

Key Position
We are looking for a highly skilled Optical Dispenser and Keyholder to fill this key role. As a central figure in our store, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, dispensing lenses and frames, and building meaningful relationships with our clientele.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clients.
- Dispense lenses and frames per prescriptions provided by our Optometrists.
- Build trusting and respectful relationships with our clients.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in optical or 2+ years retail sales experience.
- Previously entrusted with store opening/closing duties.
- Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
- Confident, clear and effective communication skills.
