Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Specialist. This role will provide personalized support to residents, enabling them to live well with dignity and purpose.
As a key member of our care team, you will build meaningful connections with residents, understanding their unique needs and routines. You will provide respectful personal and daily care, including assisting with meals and hygiene, supporting activities that matter to each resident, and engaging with technology to document care.
This role requires a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues. You must be physically capable, tech-savvy, and willing to learn.
The ideal candidate will appreciate our Christian values and be committed to delivering safe, respectful, and high-quality care. Shifts may include days, nights, and weekends, with availability on Wednesday and Friday being essential. Compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards is also mandatory.
