Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring that client sites meet contracted service level agreements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing routine work as required, including installation, repair and maintenance support of security and inspection systems in Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Installation of security and inspection systems at customer sites.
  • Routine preventative and breakdown maintenance of equipment at customer sites.
  • Providing out-of-hour standby cover as part of established teams.
  • Carrying out basic operator and technical training when required at customer sites.
  • Carrying out site surveys and advising customers on technical matters prior to installations.
  • Completing all reporting requirements, both internal and customer-based reports, in a timely manner.
  • Complying with quality assurance and health and safety requirements.
  • Traveling as required.

Qualifications include:

  • Min 2+ years experience in similar role.
  • Electrical/electronic background preferred.
  • High level of organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage responsibility in an independent manner.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and capability to develop detailed processes.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Successful record of on-time project delivery.
  • Able to quickly grasp new technologies at a high level.
  • Ability to manage conflict and liaise with demanding clients.
  • Strong client relationship skills.
  • Strong ability to represent a professional image onsite.
  • PC literate and Microsoft knowledge required.
  • Availability for some after-hours work.
  • Electronics and computer knowledge.
  • Qualifications in subjects relevant to the role essential.
  • Applicants must hold Australian citizenship.
