Luxury Customer Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and sincere greeting that sets the tone for their stay.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Confirming reservations, issuing and activating room keys, and coordinating with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
- Processing all guest check-outs, including express check-outs, resolving any late and disputed charges, settling accounts, retrieving room keys, and requesting comments on guest stays.
- Processing all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and qualifications:
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification from a nationally accredited training provider.
- I'm Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth).
- Experience working in a customer service role is highly desirable.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Unrestricted working rights for Australia.
