The Role:

As an ambassador for the brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships within a boutique environment. You will take on supervisory duties as needed, including opening and closing the boutique, leading and motivating the team to ensure continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support management with day-to-day operational tasks
  • Lead the team in meeting sales targets
  • Uphold high service standards through the sales process
  • Build and maintain a strong client database through effective relationship management
  • Foster meaningful relationships with local clientele
  • Perform daily security stock counts to ensure inventory integrity

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years retail experience in the luxury sector preferred
  • Developed and proven customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good computer literacy skills
  • Energy, drive, and enthusiasm
