Job Opportunity

As a senior hospitality professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of venue managers across Regional Victoria. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving growth, enhancing customer experiences, and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Venue Growth: Collaborate with Venue Managers to develop sales strategies, ensure menu innovation, and drive product performance.
  • Customer Experience: Champion exceptional service, embed best-practice standards, and conduct regular audits to maintain a high standard.
  • Leadership & People: Coach, mentor, and develop Venue Managers, focusing on career progression through our internal development programs.
  • Safety & Compliance: Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance targets are met across your portfolio.
  • Hands-On Engagement: Be actively involved with your teams, working at least 2 operational shifts per week to support, guide, and lead by example.

  • Proven experience in multi-site leadership within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of improving sales performance.
  • A people-focused leader who builds trust, develops talent, and drives accountability.
