Operational Risk Management Lead

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our non-financial risk division. This key role will partner with senior leaders, providing trusted advice and influencing stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
The successful candidate will apply operational risk management best practices to diverse activities, embedding proportionate risk management in agile environments and contributing to control program development.

- Help embed risk management in agile environments
- Contribute to the development of control programs
- Extensive experience in financial services or operational risk assurance
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and risk embedding
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience in enhancing and implementing risk frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and delivery track record
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
