Role Overview
- We seek an experienced Operational Risk & Quality Manager to lead our Business Outcomes team.
The successful candidate will oversee a dedicated team managing operational risk profiles, developing and testing risk controls, and embedding quality assurance frameworks across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regular risk assessments, audits, and design validation of risk controls.
- Develop and implement quality standards, review frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to ensure risk and quality efforts align with strategic objectives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in operational risk management and quality assurance.
- Team leadership experience with ability to coach others and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and quality standards.
- Demonstrated experience with automation tools to streamline risk control design and testing processes.
