Leading engineering firm in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Façade Engineer with a passion for innovative design and sustainable construction.

Opportunity:
You will play a pivotal role in designing, analyzing, and detailing façade systems from concept through construction.
Working closely with architects, project managers, and contractors, you will help bring visionary designs to life, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards in performance, safety, and aesthetics.
Responsibilities: Leading the design and technical analysis of complex façade systems.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align façade design with overall project vision.
Ensuring strict adherence to local codes and international standards, with a focus on safety and sustainability.
Pioneering advancements in materials and technologies, optimizing for thermal performance, acoustics, and durability.
Ideally you will have: A degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or related field).
4+ years of experience in façade engineering, with a portfolio of successful projects.
Expertise in façade systems and materials, including glass, aluminum, and stone.
Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, and 3 D modeling tools (Navisworks advantageous).
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Strong communication skills to collaborate across disciplines.
