Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to individuals in various healthcare settings
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse
- Current AHPRA nursing registration
- Australian Work Rights
- Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willing to undertake one)
- Vaccination Record
