Job Title: Principal Implementation Advisor

Role Overview

We drive continuous improvement to deliver high-quality care in South Australia by tailoring evidence-based methods and tools for healthcare staff. This enables them to meet organisational commitments effectively.

Main Responsibilities
  • We lead successful project implementation across all stages, promoting the SA Health Project Management Framework and providing necessary tools.
  • We apply broad experience in implementation practice, including project management, planning, scheduling, governance, risk and issue management, change management, benefit realisation, assurance, and review.
  • We provide comprehensive analysis and reporting to support, educate, and develop capability across the health sector.
  • We monitor key programs and projects, identifying opportunities and barriers to successful delivery, and undertake assurance and review activities to ensure ongoing learning and growth.
  • We contribute to strategic initiatives that enable system-wide improvements in alignment with our objectives.
Additional Requirements
  • Criminal History Screening Requirement – A National Police Certificate or Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check is required for general employment.
  • Immunisation – Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact).
