We're seeking an Engagement Officer to connect individuals and families with homes tailored to their needs, directly impacting the wellbeing of people with disabilities.

About the Role:

You'll play a key role in:

  • Supporting participant engagement strategies to achieve SDA occupancy goals.
  • Building strong relationships with participants, families, support coordinators, and stakeholders.
  • Identifying local market opportunities and engaging with service providers and referral networks.
  • Organising property viewings, assisting with tenancy documentation, and facilitating onboarding.
  • Ensuring all participant interactions are recorded and followed up promptly.

You'll also be responsible for:

  • Representing our organisation at expos, industry events, and community functions.
  • Collaborating with the Property Management team to ensure housing meets participant needs.
  • Maintaining stakeholder satisfaction through proactive engagement and communication.
  • Advocating for our values in the broader disability and SDA sectors.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in disability services, SDA, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build genuine, trust-based relationships.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel across SA for stakeholder meetings, events, and site visits.
