As an SDA Housing Specialist, you'll play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently and with dignity. We're seeking a skilled professional to join our South Australia-based team and contribute to shaping better housing outcomes across the region.

About the Role

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in disability services or stakeholder engagement
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust-based relationships
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support participant engagement strategies in SA to help achieve SDA occupancy goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, support coordinators, and key stakeholders
  • Identify local market opportunities and engage with disability service providers and referral networks
