About the Role:
  • Plan and develop corporate governance processes and structures for Addiction and Mental Health Services, working closely with senior leadership team.
  • Develop, maintain, and report on strategic operational plans for Addiction and Mental Health Services, in line with planning framework.
  • Provide professional support to administration team, including policy development, financial management, and human resource policies.
  • Coordinate concept briefs or submissions for external funding opportunities to improve healthcare services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong governance expertise and experience in corporate governance processes and structures.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills with ability to develop and maintain operational plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
