Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our team and play a key role in the commercial project delivery of large-scale construction projects.

This is a career-defining opportunity for a professional with minimum 5–8 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction, possessing proven experience on projects valued at $30M+, ideally $50M and above.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing full contract administration on complex commercial builds, preparing and managing head contracts, subcontracts, and procurement packages, liaising with consultants, clients, and subcontractors, tracking variations, progress claims, and managing cost reporting, providing commercial input during design, delivery, and closeout phases, and mentoring and supporting junior CA staff on larger project teams.

About You:

  • Minimum 5–8 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction
  • Proven experience on projects valued at $30M+, ideally $50M and above
  • Strong knowledge of Australian construction contracts and relevant legislation
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a high-pressure environment
  • Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar
