Community Leisure Facilitator

This is a casual opportunity. The role will be full-time for 3 months, with options for 0.8 or 0.6 FTE.
The Recreation and Culture Administrator plays a key role in supporting both the Social Planning and Recreation Teams.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as required.
- Contribute to the development of central enrolment for early years education.
- Provide secretariat support for relevant Committees.
- Undertake research and production of statistical data.
- Plan events and activities, including promotional material.
- Develop and manage websites for both teams.
- Manage databases and provide support.
- Assist with presentations and preparation of reports.
- Certificate III or equivalent in Business Administration or significant relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in minute taking and writing correspondence.
- Excellent administration experience, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced understanding of budgets, management, reporting, and acquittals.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Ability to deliver work within set timeframes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience supporting events and promotional activities.
