About the role Swim Teachers will be responsible for the delivery of safe, productive, innovative and exceptional swimming lessons by maintaining a solid understanding of the Swim and Survive program, industry developments and the OH&S guidelines applicable to the facility.
Swim Teachers will continuously display their ability to communicate and engage effectively with students ensuring students of all abilities, ages and cultural needs receive an outstanding program and will work relentlessly to maximise student retention opportunities.
They will take pride in operating such an important community asset and ensure it is presented immaculately and maintained to the highest standards at all times.

Requirements Swimming and Water Safety Teacher Qualification Teacher of Infants and Toddler Qualification (Desirable) The position will be subject to relevant pre-employment checks and must maintain a current working with children check The successful applicant must hold or be willing to attain first aid and CPR qualifications Applications will remain open until the 25th of July, only suitable candidates will be contacted.
