Cosmax Prestige Brands have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic driven individual to join our team, working with luxury iconic brands. You will be an expert in warehouse and distribution with proven leadership expertise.

The role will see you manage all aspects of our warehouse operations, you will work closely with the Head of Operations and Supply Chain Manager, where you will be implementing new policies, processes, and procedures to ensure the effective operations of the warehouse.

You will be a true people leader and value every employee's uniqueness. You will be proficient in warehouse processes and bring fresh eyes to our warehouse operations where system and process improvements will be welcomed. You will be an experienced change manager and be proficient in WHS Management systems. Your people and team building skills will be focused on building a high-performance team.

The role will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team as we work to improve the efficiency of the warehouse operations.

**Key Duties**
- Full responsibility of Warehouse Operations Manage, Lead, Develop our people
- Create a high performing culture, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Development and implementation of warehouse policies, procedures, and systems in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team
- Implement and manage KPIs
- Development of warehouse and logistics safety management System
- Manage and maintain stock levels, cycles counts and stock rotations
- Develop and implement annual warehouse and logistics strategies
- Audit and compliance of warehouse operations
- Ability to build and develop relationships with key stakeholders

**Essential Criteria**
- Demonstrated warehouse management experience preferably within FMCG or consumer goods
- Proven leadership and development of a team Demonstrated experience within WHS Management systems
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office suite
- Forklift Licence
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Own transport is preferred
