Senior Urban Planner Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Urban Planner to join our team. As a key member of the planning team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a range of state and regionally significant projects.

About the Role:

  • Developing and implementing project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects;">
  • Coordinating with clients and stakeholders to identify project requirements and deliverables;">
  • Maintaining effective communication and collaboration with team members to achieve project objectives;">
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant planning legislation and regulations;">

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in urban planning or a related field; ">
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior planning roles, including project management and leadership responsibilities;">
  • Demonstrated expertise in NSW planning legislation and processes, environmental impact assessment, and urban development;">
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management;">
  • Excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills, with proven team leadership capability;">
  • Hold or be working towards Registered Planner status with PIA;">
