Project Lead for Capital Projects

We're looking for an experienced Project Lead to support the delivery of key capital projects across our operations. This is a hands-on role that requires strong project management fundamentals and leadership experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project managers in delivering work packages across multiple concurrent capital projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
  • Coordinate mechanical systems design with process, electrical, controls, and civil teams to ensure integration and constructability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
