Overview At Randstad Defence, we're proud to be partnering with Electro Optic Systems (EOS)—a leading force in the design, development, and manufacturing of advanced systems— currently seeking a Project Manager to join their Space team.

The candidate must be an Australian citizen and be eligible for a security clearance.
Responsibilities Responsible for the definition and management of assigned projects in accordance with contracted requirements and EOS Space Systems procedures.
Oversight of project resources to ensure compliance to requirements while managing cost and schedule performance.
Identify, anticipate, and respond to stakeholders in the delivery of EOS Space Systems projects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be the main point of contact for assigned projects.
Report on assigned project status, opportunities, and risks to EOS Space Systems senior management periodically, as contracts and internal communication patterns require.
Support a work environment that complies with company policies and procedures.
Experience You are an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex defence projects.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
Previous experience managing projects with the Department of Defence and/ or Defence prime contractors.
Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of engineering will be highly regarded.
You are able to work 5 days in the office.
