Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

  • Commercial Acumen: Support commercial decision-making by identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings. Develop and maintain financial models to assess profitability across business strategies.
  • Analyse trading performance, including KPI tracking and provide reporting and insights on People, Culture, and remuneration.
  • Deliver monthly performance reporting and insightful analysis to support decision-making and financial accounting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
Responsibilities Include:
  • A day in the life includes developing and presenting complex financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Communicating commercial impacts of past and future business activities and building and maintaining financial models and business case scenarios.
  • Reviewing and reporting financial and non-financial KPIs and monitoring business cash flow.
  • Tracking and evaluating key contract performance for call centre and finance partners.
  • Providing analysis and recommendations on cash position and holdings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interpret and present complex data to support strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will be an energetic, customer-focused professional with strong commercial acumen and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
