Corporate Training Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive training and development activities within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver in-house training programs, including inductions and other required courses.
- Coordinate multiple training events in various settings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Prepare high-quality training materials and maintain accurate records.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to support planning and reporting.
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Training, Business, or Human Resources Management.
- Minimum two years' experience in a related role, preferably as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or Training Facilitator.
- Proven ability to design and deliver in-house training programs, coordinate multiple events, and work effectively with stakeholders.
- Full-time permanent employment with competitive salary.
- 6 weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading.
