
Chief Infrastructure Development Officer

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our infrastructure planning efforts. As part of this team, you will oversee the forward planning of infrastructure through the development of sound asset management planning, design and development of pre-construction activities, and specification of construction standards for assets delivered by developers.
You will lead asset management, design, traffic management, road safety, and development engineering services, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. You will provide engineering advice supporting development control functions, oversee the review and update of Asset Management Plans, facilitate the development of forward works capital programs, and supervise contract works related to transport and drainage assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address traffic and road safety issues
- Participate in policy development and monitoring its effectiveness
- Engage with stakeholders to provide customer-focused service
