Job Title: Infrastructure Planning Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage Council's forward planning of infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the development of sound asset management planning, design and development of pre-construction activities, and specification of construction standards for assets delivered by Council and Developers.
  • Provide engineering advice supporting development control functions, oversee review and update of Asset Management Plans, facilitate development of forward works Capital Programs, and supervise contract works related to transport and drainage assets.
  • Address traffic and road safety issues, participate in policy development, monitor policy effectiveness, and engage with stakeholders to provide customer-focused service.
Requirements:
  • Mid-Senior level experience in infrastructure planning and management.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
