Senior Domain Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Domain Architect to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will shape the future of our organization and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define business capabilities/products & services required for assigned domains.
  • Develop strategies/roadmaps for products and services across multiple domains.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to define product offerings.
  • Design solution architectures as needed for targeted initiatives.
  • Ensure cohesive delivery of services defined by domains in the tower.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize roadmap work and define desired outcomes.
  • Participate in New Initiative Level 2 Triage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Demonstrated ability to anticipate organizational future positions on technology-related trends.
  2. Identify organisational implications associated with major IT trends.
  3. Develop cohesive IT architecture applications and produce solution outlines and migration paths.
  4. Ensure compliance with IT architecture principles and use enterprise architecture to inform solutions.
  5. Lead discussions on issues and considerations for adopting open architectures.
  6. Consult on planning, integrating and migrating IT architecture and describe deliverables for solution architecture phases.
  7. Develop and maintain IT architecture solutions based on business and technical requirements.
  8. Direct high-level enterprise information technology architecture.
  9. Provide insight into IT architecture performance measurements.
  10. Assess and communicate business costs, benefits, risks and issues for alternative solutions.
  11. Proven experience with domain architecture, roadmap development and solution architecture in diverse environments.
  12. Facilitate workshops and build consensus around shared visions.
  13. Experience teaching/educating/coaching/mentoring stakeholders to reinforce continuous process improvement mentality.
  14. Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks and notations.
