Business Analyst (SailPoint IAM)

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves working with SailPoint IAM solutions to analyze business requirements, document technical specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective access governance policies.

Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data, defining workflows, designing and implementing SailPoint solutions, translating business needs into functional specifications, supporting testing efforts, participating in access certification campaigns, and identifying process improvements.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Additionally, proficiency in SailPoint (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow) and a good understanding of IAM concepts such as SSO, MFA, PAM, etc., are essential.
