Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience with SailPoint IDN (IdentityNow)
  • Extensive knowledge of security applications, specifically around identity management and account creation/maintenance, as well as 3rd party IAM offerings
  • Experience with web technologies: XML, SCIM, Web and Application Servers, HTML
  • Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control
  • Good communication skills and experience working with clients and partners
  • Experience in IAM Support/Operations managing Incidents, Tasks, Changes, Problems
  • Experience with business requirements, design, and documentation of IAM products
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years overall IT experience
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience with SailPoint IDN (IdentityNow)
  • Knowledge of security applications and 3rd party IAM offerings
  • Experience with programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, SQL
  • Experience with web technologies: XML, SCIM, Web and Application Servers, HTML
  • Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control
  • English language proficiency
  • Good communication skills and client interaction experience
  • Experience in IAM Support/Operations
  • Experience with business requirements, design, and documentation of IAM products
Preferred Qualifications
  • SailPoint IDN Professional Certification or training and/or SailPoint IDN Engineer Certification or training
Responsibilities
  • Support and administration of SailPoint IdentityNow
  • Integration and customization of SailPoint IdentityNow in client environments
  • Develop Java custom code, connectors, and interfaces with enterprise or cloud systems like SAP and ServiceNow
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders about product aspects and implementation
  • Develop use cases, testing, debugging, support, and maintenance
  • Interface with clients for requirements, customizations, and feedback
  • Lead demos of configurations, customizations, and product features
  • Prepare technical and user documentation
