Job Title: Identity Management Specialist

Job Description

The role of the Identity Management Specialist is to drive business value through effective identity and access management (IAM) solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements for IAM solutions.

Your primary focus will be on defining access governance policies, roles, and workflows in collaboration with our IAM architects, developers, and business stakeholders. You will also assist in the design and implementation of SailPoint solutions, ensuring that they meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IAM/IDAM domains.
  • A strong understanding of SailPoint (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow).
  • Experience in access certification, provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity lifecycle management.
  • A good understanding of IAM concepts such as SSO, MFA, PAM, etc.
  • Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
