Marketing Campaign Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Campaign Analyst to play a key role in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels.

This position requires a unique blend of technical proficiency, data-driven thinking, and customer-centric approach to deliver targeted, data-driven campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and sales growth.

The successful candidate will have experience in data manipulation coding in SQL, with a strong analytical background in retail or supporting marketing functions. They will also possess strong proficiency in data tools and technologies, including SQL and Excel.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to quickly find solutions to non-routine problems and situations.
About the Role
  • Build and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and digital channels using SQL/marketing automation tools.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, to the correct audience, and in line with business goals and brand guidelines.
  • Create and manage customer segments using available data and insights to target the right audience for each campaign.
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve engagement, ROI, and overall effectiveness.
  • Partner with marketing, merchandising, analytics, and IT teams to align campaign execution with broader business strategies.
